This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.6/2020, registered at Police Station Kusmi, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354 (Ka), 458, 323 & 506 of the IPC.
