1. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 08.02.2016 passed by this Court in WP(S) No.4459 of 2014 and batch of petitions.

In view of the above, this petition is also allowed and the respondents are directed to count the past services rendered by the petitioner under the Special Area Development Authority (SADA), Korba for the purposes of computing the qualifying service for grant of pension.
