1. Heard.
2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.145/2019, registered at Police Station Police Chowki Lodam, P.S. Jashpur, District Jashpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397, 365, 323, 506, 120-B of the IPC and Sections 25,27 of the Arms Act.
3. The applicants along with co-accused Yakub Khan, Vishwanath
Manjhi @ Vishwa @ Kalu, Sikandar Pradhan, Kishun Manjhi and Salo Yadav abducted victim Saddam Hussain near village Saitangartoli, when he was proceeding towards his residence at village Lodam at 7:00 p.m. on 7.5.2019.

Although pursuant to the memorandum statements of the present applicants one Pulsar Motorcycle has been recovered from applicant No.1 Salman Ansari and one Scooty two wheeler and another Sumo Victa vehicle have been recovered from applicant No.2 Vikky Kumar Singh, admittedly, these two applicants have not been identified during TI parade.
5. The applicants are in jail since 10.6.2019 i.e. for more than a year, the investigation is complete and the charge sheet has already been filed, therefore, considering all the relevant aspects of the matter, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on regular bail.
6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
