1. The aforesaid bail applications are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime No.401/2019, registered at Police Station Ganj, District Raipur for offences punishable under Sections 186, 353, 332, 294 and 506/34 of the IPC.

2. The applicants being part of crowd were indulged in creating nuisance after consuming liquor have assaulted constable Vijay Sidar when he was discharging his official duties and trying to control the warring groups.

3. Considering the nature of allegations, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Accordingly, the applications are rejected.
