Earlier application for grant of anticipatory bail was dismissed as withdrawn on 18/08/2011 and after six years, the second application has been filed by the applicant where the applicant is alleged to have committed offence under Section 304-B of IPC.

I am not inclined to entertain this application at this belated stage. This application is therefore rejected. It would, however, be open for the applicant to apply for regular bail and if that is done, the regular bail application shall be decided within three days.
