The grounds raised by the petitioner in the instant petition are not relating to absence of jurisdiction or malafide, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the order impugned, when the petitioner has efficacious remedy to file an appeal under CG Panchayat (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995. 3.
