1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred to a scheduled area. Second ground is that the petitioner's daughter suffers from disability and if the petitioner is transferred his daughter may suffer hardship.

2. Both these grounds are grounds to be considered by the administrative authority and not by the Court. The petitioner has not preferred any representation.
