The Petitioner has moved this Court with the allegation of illegal detention of the 4th Respondent by the parents despite the fact that the Petitioner has married the 4th Respondent and they were leading an independent life. 2.

When the matter came up for consideration on 17.02.2020, we passed the following order :

"Shri Punit Ruparel, Advocate for the Petitioner. Shri Gagan Tiwari, Deputy Government Advocate for the State.

Shri Gagan Tiwari, the learned Deputy Government Advocate seeks for time to get instructions. The 3rd Respondent is directed to depute a woman police constable in civil dress before the 4th Respondent and to take statement in her exclusive presence and filed before this Court by the next date of hearing.

Post the matter on 24.02.2020."

Today, Shri Gagan Tiwari, learned counsel representing the State submits that, pursuant to the order, appropriate arrangements were made to send a woman constable to take statement in civil dress to the residence of the 4th Respondent. In the meanwhile, the Petitioner and the 4th Respondent appeared before the 3rd Respondent and narrated the facts and figures to the effect that she had re-joined the company of the Petitioner on her will. 4.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner confirms the position as above and submits that the there is no grievance as on date. 5.
