1. As per the jail report, it is submitted that the appellant has already been released long back on 05.02.2010 after completion of the entire jail sentence.

2. In view of the above learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is not interested to contest this appeal on merits and he wants to withdraw this appeal.

3. As prayed, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn as the appellant has already suffered his entire jail sentence.
