Learned counsel for the petitioner is claiming higher pay scale on the submission of he having completed 8 years of service as Lecturer (Panchayat).

Reliance has been placed on circular dated 17.05.2013. The petitioner has already submitted representation before the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Kabirdham on 11.09.2017. At this stage, I am inclined to dispose off the matter with direction to the Chief

Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Kabirdham to examine petitioner's case, take a decision and pass appropriate order within a period of 8 weeks.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved, it would be open for the petitioner to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
