This is third bail application. First bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court on 25/09/2018 in MCRC No. 6618 of 2018. His second bail application was rejected by this Court on 02/11/2018 in MCRC No.8498 of 2018.

counsel for the applicant further submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail petition. He further submitted that Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.
