1. Present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of WPS No. 2811/2017, which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 04.07.2017.

2. Counsel for the applicant submits that now he is in a position to cure the default, the writ petition may kindly be restored to its original number.

3. For the reasons assigned in the application, MCC stands allowed, subject to the petitioner curing the default, if not already cured. The WPS No. 2811/2017 stands restored to its original number.
