Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is suffering from Gangrene at present and undergoing treatment. He would further submit that he has been transferred to Pithora, District Mahasamund by impugned order dated 08/02/2016, against which, he may be allowed to make representation before the respondents No. 1 and 2. 2.
Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the respondents No. 1 and 2. If such representation is made by the petitioner within a period of ten days from today, the respondents No. 1 and 2 shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner keeping in view the petitioner's ailment. 4.
No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner for a period of two months.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the competent authority may decide the representation on its own merits.
