The grievance which the petitioner has raised in the instant Writ Petition is that, the petitioner stands promoted on the post of Lecturer vide order dated 24/11/2017 and has been posted at Kasturba Gandhi, Balika Vidyalaya, Takraguda, Bastar (C.G.) where the petitioner has immediately assumed and discharging her duties as a Lecturer at the said school.

The respondent No.6 who was earlier posted at the said school as Teacher Panchayat also stands promoted vide order dated 24/11/2017 and she has been posted to a different school i.e. at Government Higher Secondary School, Murkuchi, Block Bastar.

Though, the respondent No.6 has been transferred to a different place and where she has also assumed her duties, but the charge of Hostel Superintendent of Kasturba Gandhi, Balika Vidyalaya, Takraguda, Bastar has been retained with the respondent No.6 which ought to had been given to the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner seems to be a genuine grievance as the petitioner in spite of the fact being fully qualified and competent to discharge the duties of Hostel Superintendent and also been posted at the Kasturba Gandhi, Balika Vidyalaya, Takraguda, the charge of Hostel Superintendent has been assigned to a different Lecturer who is posted at an entirely different school.

Given the nature of dispute that the petitioner has raised and the fact that the petitioner has already filed a representation to the respondent No.3 in the above case, let the petitioner further make a fresh representation to the respondents No. 2 & 3 in this regard who in turn shall consider the representation and pass a suitable order in accordance with the rules governing the field so far as grant of charge of Hostel Superintendent is concerned.

Let this exercise be done within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
