(1) Counsel for the State submits that a fresh order dated 27.03.2016 has been passed by the Inspector General of Police, Sarguja Range by which the petitioner has been held to be entitled for compassionate appointment on the post of Constable GD and, therefore, the petition has become infructuous. (2) In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
