Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 22/09/2017 Heard.

1. The transfer order is under challenge only on the ground that in place of the petitioner, no one has been posted, therefore, the order is bad.

2. The ground raised in this petition does not invalidate the transfer order nor can be said to be any other ground warranting interference by the writ Court. The petitioner has remained posted at the present place for about 7 years and he is being transferred to nearby school within the same block. Therefore, no case is made out to interfere with the transfer order.

3. The petition is therefore dismissed.
