Order On Board 27/07/2015 On the last date of hearing, the State counsel was granted opportunity to seek instructions.

Learned State counsel submits that some more time may be granted. Considering the nature of relief sought, I am not inclined to keep the matter pending anymore.

The petitioner has sought a direction to respondent No.1 to consider petitioner's prayer for deposit of tax amount in respect of nazul land held on lease by the husband of the petitioner before his death.

The amount offered to be paid by the petitioner may be accepted by the concerned authority. However, if the authorities do not accept the amount, the petitioner would be at liberty to take recourse to remedy in the eventuality, any coercive steps are taken on account of non-acceptance of amount.
