This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 546/2015, registered at Police Station Kotwali Sub Station Rampur, District Korba (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468,

471, 120-B/34 of I.P.C.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case; further taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence; the manner in which applicant and other co-accused persons obtained huge money from the complainants to secure employment for them in various government departments; material available in the case diary and criminal antecedent of the applicant, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail. 3.

Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected.
