The limited grievance that Petitioner has in the present Writ Petition is the inaction on the part of Respondents in not deciding the representation which the Petitioner has made seeking for regularization of his services as a Barrier Guard in the Forest Department.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that Petitioner has been working as a daily wage employee under Respondents uninterruptedly since February, 2009 onwards, however, till date the Respondents have not taken any step for regularizing his services though by now he has put in more than 12 years of service.

Given the nature of dispute and the request that the Petitioner has made, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is being disposed of directing the Respondents to consider the representation of Petitioner for regularization and take appropriate decision in accordance with the rules, regulations and policy of the State Government in respect of regularization. 4.

Let a decision on the representation of Petitioner be taken by Respondents at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
