Agrawal Order On Board 02/07/2018 (1) The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 221/2017 registered at Police Station Sitapur, District Surguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that applicants and other co-accused persons murdered the deceased namely Vinod Raut and thereby committed the aforesaid offences. (3) I have perused the case diary.
(4) After perusing the case diary and hearing the counsel for the State and in view of the material available on record, I do not find any good ground to entertain this bail application. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
