By this appeal under Section 374 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, appellant has challenged the legality and propriety of judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 20.02.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Saraipali, District Mahasamund (C.G.), in Sessions Trial No.24/2014, whereby the trial Court has convicted the appellant under Section 302 of the IPC and sentenced him to undergo imprisonment for life and pay fine of Rs.1000/-, in default, additional R.I. for one year. 2.

Prior to filing of this appeal, Cr.A.No.364/2015 has been filed on behalf of the appellant through his counsel Mr. P.P. Sahu on 17.03.2015.

In the light of pendency of previous appeal (Cr.A.No.364/2015) filed on behalf of the present appellant, present appeal is redundant and dismissed as redundant.
