Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that despite the order passed by this Court on 09.11.2017 in WPS No.5081/2017, the representation of the applicant has not been decided within 60 days.

Let the applicant move an application before the CEO, Janpad Panchayat, Pussour bringing into his notice the order passed by this Court in WPS No.5081/2017 regarding payment of the salary. Along with the application, the applicant shall also submit certified copy of the order passed today.

On receipt of such application, the respondent No.2 herein, CEO, Janpad Panchayat, Pussour shall pass necessary order on the application within next one month, failing which the applicant would be at liberty to move a fresh contempt petition before this Court and in such eventuality, this Court may presume that the respondents have committed contempt of the lawful authority of this Court.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.
