The accused/applicant has moved this first bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for his release on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.156/2019, registered at Police Station -Ramanujnagar, District- Surajpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 of IPC.

4. After arguing at length, Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same after examination of the material witnesses. 5.

Not opposed.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant.
