1. Perused the P.U.D letter dated 07.07.2020 received from Superintendent Central Jail, Raipur (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that Appellant has been released from jail on 27.12.2018 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the concerned Trial Court.

2. Looking to the above, counsel for the Appellant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant appeal.
