The petitioner's father died in harness on 16.7.2015 while working as Clerk Grade-I in Gayatri Underground Mine, SECL, Bishrampur. The petitioner made an application for dependent employment in terms of the National Coal Wage Agreement on 3.8.2015, but till this date no decision has been taken on his application. 2.
Be that as it may, respondent/SECL is directed to take a decision on the petitioner's application for dependent employment in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.
Ms Ashtha Shukla, Advocate, who usually appears for the SECL is also present. She is directed to communicate this order to the respondent/SECL.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally
disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
