In response to petitioner's grievance of non-promotion, learned counsel for respondents, who appeared on advance copy, informs this Court that the case of petitioner was considered and even though, the petitioner was found eligible, for want of vacancy, promotion could not be made. He next submits that as and when vacancy arises, claim of the petitioner for grant of promotion shall be considered. 3.

In view of submission made by learned counsel for respondents, I am not

inclined to keep the matter pending.

Therefore, at this stage, this petition is finally disposed off, in view of submission made by learned counsel for respondents that as and when vacancy arises, claim of the petitioner will be considered.
