1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Assistant Grade-III on 15.10.2012 with a condition that first two years would be the probation period. It is stated that subsequently after completion of probation of 2 years though no complaint or enquiry has been made against the petitioner, the petitioner has not been regularized till date.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit despite the probation period has been completed, no orders have been passed for her regularization though by efflux of terms of the initial appointment, she is deemed to be regularized, however, the formal orders are yet to be
passed. He further submits under these circumstances, the petitioner has made a representation (Annexure P-3) to the Director Prosecution which may be directed to be decided.
3. Considering the fact that the representation is of 2018, the petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation within a period of 3 weeks to the respondent No.2/ Director Prosecution, who in turn shall decide the same within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Jyoti
