1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be non releasing of the dues payable to the petitioner on the supply of furnitures made by the petitioner to the respondent No.2 through the respondent No.4.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the purchase order immediately supply was made and that there is no complaint so far as specification, quality or quantity of supply being made, but for one reason or others, the amount payable to the petitioner has not been released.

3. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner at this juncture is for permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent No.2 by way of representation which the respondent No.2 may consider and decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law at the earliest.

-24. The said prayer is not opposed by the counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent No.2 by way of fresh representation to be made within a period of 15 days from today supporting with all relevant documents and records in his possession so far as purchase order and supply being made, and the respondent No.2, in turn, shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation made by the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
