The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that if the petitioner is transferred from one district to the other district, his seniority would be adversely affected.

Learned State counsel submits that the transfer order does not show that it will affect his seniority. It is submitted that in any case, the petitioner's transfer would not affect his seniority. 3.
