On 22-04-2015, no one appeared before the Additional Registrar (Judicial) to remove the default. Again on 28-04-2015, learned counsel for the appellants prayed for two weeks' time to remove the default. Again on 06-07-2015, counsel representing the appellants sought more time to remove the default. Again on 03-08-2015, time was prayed to remove the default. But, till date the default has not been removed. 3.
With the above, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed for noncompliance along with liberty to revive, if appellants so desire. 4.
The appeal dismissed for non-compliance.
