1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while disposing off the petition with the direction for consideration of representation, this Court directed the claim of the petitioner to be considered as per policy dated 28.04.2008 whereas the petitioner claimed really based on additional circular of the Government issued on 04.08.2010 with the correction in the petition itself.

2. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer.

3. In view of the above, it is directed that the petitioner would be at liberty to prefer representation to raise his claim for higher pay scale relying upon Government policy dated 28.04.2008 as well as policy dated 04.08.2010.

4. MCC is accordingly disposed off.
