1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21st June, 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was an observation by the Court that the petitioner's case may be considered by the State Govt. in the matter of regularization. It is submitted that the legal notice was given on 8.6.2015 but no specific order has been passed or decision taken in the matter.

-23. There is no pleading nor any material much less any representation to show that after the order was passed by the Court, the petitioner submitted a copy of the order before the competent authority of the State Govt. The contempt petition is therefore blissfully vague.
