Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that Petitioner's father was died in harness on 21.12.1994 and his application for compassionate appointment has not been considered in accordance with policy dated 30.1.1997.

Be that as it may, the Respondents are directed to consider the case of the Petitioner in accordance with policy dated 30.1.1997 as held by this Court in Writ Petition (S) No.363 of 2015 (Amit Rao Vs. Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd. & Others) and analogous cases decided on 6th May, 2015.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, writ petition stands finally disposed off.
