1. The limited relief which the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent No. 4 & 5 to consider the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

2. According to the petitioner, the father of the petitioner Late Swatantra Kumar Mishra was working as Panchayat Karmi for Gram Panchayat, Ramgarh, under District Korea. The father of the petitioner died in harness on 07.06.2018 and thereafter the petitioner has moved an application for compassionate appointment which is pending consideration and till date the same has not been finalized.

3. Given the limited relief that the petitioner has sought and the fact that the claim or the petitioner is pending consideration this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondent No 4 & 5 are directed to ensure that the application for compassionate appointment of the petitioner is considered on merits and decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days form the date of receipt of copy of this order passed.
