The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the non finalization of the pensionary benefits that the petitioner is entitled for having retired as a regular employee under respondent No. 2. 2.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, let petitioner in

addition to the representation that he has made in the past, make a fresh representation to the respondent No. 2 & 3 within a period of 30 days and Respondent No. 2 & 3 in turn are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
