1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.145/2010, registered at Police Station Lormi, Distt. Mungeli, for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 412 and 414 of the IPC.

2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case, further taking into account long absence of the applicant, he did not cooperate in investigation and trial, considering his role in the dacoity and subsequent disposal of the property stolen in the dacoity, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. The application is rejected.
