1. The petitioner has assailed legality and validity of seniority list issued on 1.4.2016 on various grounds.

2. The persons who are to be affected if claim of the petitioner is allowed have not been impleaded as party.

3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner has approached this Court without preferring any representation or raising any objection to the said seniority list.

4. In view of the aforesaid disclosure, I am not inclined to entertain the petition at this stage but to leave the petitioner to prefer representation against the impugned gradation list raising all the grounds which are available to him under the law including the grounds raised in the present petition. In case

-2such representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority within an outer limit of 3 months.

5. It goes without saying that in case grievance of the petitioner is not redressed, it will be open for him to take recourse to appropriate remedy as may be available to him under the law.

6. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
