Heard on I.A. No.1 of 2016 which is an application for condonation of delay of 371 days in filing the present M.C.C. 2.

On due consideration and also considering the explanation for cause of delay, I.A. No.1 is allowed. Delay in filing the M.C.C. is condoned.

Also, heard on the restoration application seeking restoration of W.P. No. 2484/2000 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 23.01.2015.

On due consideration of the submissions made by the Counsel for the Applicant this Court is of the opinion that present is a fit case to be allowed.
