This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.90/2010, registered at Police Station-Balrampur, District-Balrampur-Ramanujganj (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the IPC. 2.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the involvement of the applicant in offence in question, material available and the fact that he was absconding since 7.8.2010 and could be arrested only when permanent warrant of arrest has been issued on 23.1.2016, I do not find any ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
