1. The grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction to the respondent No.3 in particular to take a decision on the proceedings drawn by the respondent No.3 so far as grant of lease to the petitioner is concerned, pursuant to the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Raipur, Division Raipur in Revenue Appeal No.583/A19/2012-13 dated 01.10.2013.

2. Perusal of the record shows that proceeding is pending before respondent No.3 since then.

3. Given the said facts, respondent No.3 is directed to conclude the proceedings at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. It is expected that respondent No.3 shall proceed in accordance to the order passed by the Additional Collector dated 01.10.2013.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
