Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 13.12.2017 Heard.

1. Till date, no instructions have been received by the State counsel.

2. The petitioners have stated in the petition that they have not been paid monthly honorarium for the entire period during which they have worked as

Data Entry Operator. The petitioners have placed on record certificates which indicate that the petitioners have worked as Data Entry Operator in the office of District Education Officer at Raipur and Bilaspur. According to the averment in the petition, they have been paid honorarium up to 08.09.2016 but thereafter it is not being paid.

3. The petitioner No.1/Chandan Markandey has worked in the office of District Education Officer, Raipur and Petitioner No.2/Shrawan Kumar has worked in the office of District Education Ofifcer, Bilaspur, who have been impleaded as respondents No.4 & 6 respectively. Each of the petitioners shall submit fresh representation along with a copy of this order before their respective District Education Officers. The officer shall examine their claim and the honorarium for the period they have worked, shall be paid within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the claim of the petitioners is not accepted, the District Education Officer shall pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioners.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
