This Court had directed personal appearance of respondent No. 2. Today the said officer is not present but learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that respondent No. 2 had already retired and in his place another officer who is presently holding the post of Chief Executive Officer, Jashpur Smt. Sonmati Tirki is present in the Court referring to the return and the documents placed on record. It is submitted that order has now been complied with as the pension case of the petitioner is finalized after receipt of necessary instruction from the higher authorities and giving appropriate treatments to the period absence of the petitioner. This Court
had gone through the reply and various orders passed by the State Government, Director as also CEO satisfied the pension case of the petitioner has now been finalized after removal of the impediments. Therefore, in these circumstances, I am not inclined to proceed further against the respondent authorities. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
