Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 15/03/2016 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that respondent authorities have not disbursed the salary of the petitioner for the period since June 1984 to 30.4.2010 with interest and, as such, he is entitled for the salary with interest of the aforesaid period. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents submits that the disputes regarding the petitioner's salary with interest will be disbursed within a period of three months, if he makes any representation.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) After considering the reason for non-granting salary to the petitioner, the petitioner may make a representation before the State Government/respondents, if such representation is made by the petitioner before the State Government, the State Government shall consider and decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation of the petitioner. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
