Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that over the land of the petitioner a high tension electricity line has been laid down and as per the policy of the State government/ Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Company Limited pursuant to circulars issued on 20/02/2015 the respective compensation have to be

paid as per the guidelines prevailing for payment of compensation. However, despite the representation made the said compensation has not been paid. He therefore submits that the said representation may be decided decided according to the guidelines prevailing for payment of compensation.

Considering the facts and circumstances, it is directed that, if the petitioner's representation, is still pending for payment of compensation, the same may be considered and decided within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order taking into considerations the circulars and the direction which is prevailing for payment of compensation.

4. Accordingly the petition is disposed of.
