Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 04/03/201 (1) Petitioners' writ petition bearing W.P. (S) No.217/2014 has been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 16.01.2014.

(2) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No.217/214 has not been complied with by respondent authorities and, therefore, the instant writ petition has been filed for the same cause of action.

(3) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the petitioner cannot maintain the second writ petition for the same cause of action as it is barred by principle of res judicata.
