Perused the letter received from the Court of Judge, Family Court Jagdalpur, Dstt. Bastar dated 14.01.2019, wherein it is stated that being a matrimonial dispute counseling was tried, however, that could not take place and therefore, time is prayed for.

In view of the nature of dispute, further time of three months is provided from the date of receipt of this order to the Court below to dispose of the MJC No.36/2016 which is pending adjudication.
