Mr. V. K. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that despite the direction issued by this Court on 24.01.2008 in WPS No.509/2008 vide Annexure-P/2 to consider and decide the petitioner's representations/applications vide Annexure-
P/5, P/6 & 7, the same have not been considered and decided till date. Therefore, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner.

Mr. Aditya Sharma, learned State counsel, would submit that the petitioner's pending representations shall be considered and decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representations/applications by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation within a period of 2 weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost (s).
