Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that petitioner is entitled for over time dues which has not been paid to him by the respondent Bank authorities till date, against which petitioner has also made several representations before the respondent authorities but it has not been considered and decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 - Deputy General Manager, S.B.I. Raipur, is directed to consider petitioner's representation and take a decision on the same expeditiously preferably within a period of two months

from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
