1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.79/2020 registered in Police Station outpost Belgahna, PS Kota, District Bilaspur for offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 294, 323, 326, 427 and 506 of the IPC.

2. This is the 3rd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was dismissed with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of injured Laxman Rajput. The second bail application was dismissed on 16.12.2020. However, thereafter Laxman Rajput has been examined on 23.1.2021 before the trial Court.

3. As many as 8 accused persons assaulted 4 injured persons including Laxman Rajput, who sustained grievous injury caused by the present applicant. During examination before the trial Court, Laxman Rajput has turned hostile.

4. The present applicant is in jail since 13.4.2020.

5. Considering all the relevant aspects of the matter, I am inclined to release him on bail.

6. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
