1. The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.184/2015, registered at Police Station Malkharoda, Distt. JanjgirChampa, for the offence punishable under Sections 4, 6, 10 and 11 of the Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act.
2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case and the manner in which the applicants were found transporting 190 scheduled agricultural animals to other States for the purpose of slaughtering, I am not inclined to grant of bail to the applicants.
